MobiSys 2.0 is the state-of-the-art business software that manages all processes of a car sharing organization and is offered as a Cloud Solution (Cloud Computing is the most advanced model of delivering business software over the internet). Its multilingual capability (customer and user side) can handle any number of languages – and is unique in the world of car sharing.
Its research and development spans over 20 years of trials that are backed by the completion of successful business practices and extensive research data. It has been developed in collaboration with our partners Proreda (www.proreda.ch) and Comerge (www.comerge.net). The software manages more than 100'000 customers and 3’000 automobiles in three countries (Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria). Until date it processes over 2 million transactions per year.
The further development of MobiSys 2.0 is an ongoing process with frequent minor and major updates.
MobiSys 2.0 software includes all the necessary elements for successfully managing business processes of car sharing. This includes the management of the customers, products, tariffs, locations, vehicles and on-board computers of edge. The system also allows a fully automated management of the car sharing transaction, including: reservations on Internet; invoicing to customers – all by means of the on-board computer and the MobiSys 2.0 software platform. Furthermore, the actual software allows for the analysis of real-time complex statistics and transactions which provide immediate front and back end feed-back in order to be able to proceed with exact fulfilment of the request of service involved in the entire cycle of the car sharing experience to the car sharing customer.
